**Job responsibilities**
- As scientist, be the referent for the development of bioanalytical methods for NMEs (New Molecular Entities), quantification via LC-MS-MS or other relevant techniques.
- Performs all technical activities including the development and routines assays in the bioanalytical domain.
- Develop approaches to identify by-products / metabolites in biological media or formulation.
- Analyze data and participate to their interpretation.
- Ensure high quality reports are delivered to the client in due time and within the budget limits.
- Propose measures aiming at optimizing activities and/or shortening timelines.
- Write, edit, and review bioanalytical documentation (protocols, slides)
- Discuss new project opportunities in order to develop optimal project designs in cooperation with Team Manager, Project Leader.
- Contribute to client solution estimates (cost/duration) and translate those in appropriate bioanalytical protocols.
- Communicate results and observations to Team Manager, Project Leader, and Client (when appropriate) on a regular basis.
- Communicate relevant project details to laboratory operations in a proactive manner in order to ensure optimal business operations.
- Contribute to represent Bioanalytical Sciences externally.

**Qualifications**

**What we’re looking for**
- Master degree or PhD in life sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Hands-on experience in biological sample treatment (extraction techniques: SPE, LLE ).
- Hand-on in metabolite and by product identification.
- Expertise in relevant analytical software.
- Excellent communication skills, in writing and oral.
- Very good communication skills in English, fluent French.
- Strong personal commitment and high sense of urgency in a quickly changing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to the execution of experiments and record keeping is a requirement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers and management, both internally and externally is required.
