**Job Description**:
We’d love to bring you on board for a 6-month internship within our HR Team. You will be based out of our Head Quarter in Nanterre, near Paris. We enjoy the office environment with team meetings, great discussions and reviews as well as joint lunches from Tuesdays to Thursdays and are happy for you to work from home Mondays and Fridays. Reporting to the HR Development Specialists and the International HR Director, you will work on various international HR topics such as:
**Employee Engagement**
- Support the launch of the 2023 EVP Survey on a global scale
- Help to evaluate, make sense of and present results to various stakeholders
- Support the development of action plans for countries to reduce attrition

**On-boarding and Attrition Management**:

- Share guidance on On-boarding process and Toolboxes for all countries
- Support the design of a new framework to engage employees particularly during their first 12 months and beyond

**Training and Development**:

- Support and contribute to the design and development of training material, also for ad hoc training needs requested by countries
- Support and administrate regular e-learnings for new managers

**Employer Branding**:

- Support our internal Women’s Initiative Network (WINS) projects
- Design and support employee surveys
- Manage Employee Review tools in close liaison with PR & Marketing

**Performance Management**:

- Help to analyse the People Review data and participate to the identification and deployment of High Potential action plans;
- Help to follow and analyse training needs and participate in the development of SEGULA Academy;
- Monitor the Learning & Development plan on our digital tool

**HR Analysis**:

- Help in HR Data consolidation
- Support in ensuring data quality
- Support the monitoring, evaluating and interpreting of KPIs and HR data

**Administration**:
Support the administration of all learning platforms such as user allocation, liaising with colleagues worldwide to answer any

**Qualifications**:

- You’re currently studying or graduated in your studies within HR Management, International Business Management, Organisational Psychology or similar
- You are a native speaker in English or at least C2 level according to the CEFR
- At best, you are fluent in another language such as French, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Romanian or German
- Very good working knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- You thrive in an international environment
- You enjoy learning about cultural differences in values, behaviours and habits
- You are autonomous, self-confident and open to continuously improve
