Job Description

Our IT Department - Global Information Technology (GIT), made of employees located in more than 30 locations in the world, is looking for a  Human Resources Apprentice (M/F)  to start working with us in  September  for a period of 1 year in Nanterre, France.

Your missions:

Within the IT Central HR team, you will support the recruitment and talent development of a diverse population made up of digital profiles, engineers, etc. on a worldwide basis, in accordance with the Group's HR policies and procedures.

Your main missions will be to assist the HR team in the following areas / subjects:

Recruitment of interns and apprentices: management of the campaign in France for GIT & campus management Talent management of the interns and apprentices Training plan management in liaison with Faurecia University: from targeting to the registration of the employees. Participation in main HR & Talent Development processes (on-boarding, training, annual performance reviews, salary review, people review, etc.) Collection and consolidation of HR data/KPIs (personnel movements, performance indicators, monitoring of employees' entries and exits)

This list of missions is not exhaustive, other projects will come in addition, as for example the current project relative to the Global IT Transformation. 

Interfacing with the employees and Managers, but also with the HR teams of the different sites worldwide. This experience will allow you to discover a diverse, complex and international organization with a high maturity in Human Resources.

Your profile:

Master 1 with specialization in HR, looking for a master 2 as part-time student A first experience in the HR function appreciated (work-study, internship) Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Mandatory fluent English (verbal and written, working language) A great curiosity and motivation to learn. Action-based approach with a team player attitude You are autonomous and you like dealing with multiple projects at once. International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.
