Are you enthusiastic about the new Fox shock absorber or the Cube road bike? Are you fascinated by cycling topics and would like to pass on this enthusiasm to our customers? Then you've come to the right place

As a bicycle product expert in our Customer Service department, you are the right person to contact for all questions about our bikes and bike parts. Your goal is not only to provide the best possible advice, but also to ensure competent handling of complaints.

The position can be held in France or full remote.
- WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSABILITIES BE?_

You will advise customers on all technical and product-specific issues and you will also be the right contact person for all product-related questions after the purchase.

You will pass on your expert knowledge through detailed advice.

In addition, you will support our customers before and after the purchase around the themes bike and bike parts, in order to provide them with precise advice according to their expectations (their bike, their practice, assembly of parts, compatibility of their equipment with what they want to buy...).

**Qualifications**:

- Rampage, Rockstars, Ironman, Freeride Worldtour or Paris-Roubaix are at least as important to you as Christmas._

You're a rider (mountain bike, road, BMX...), you have technical knowledge about bikes and you're always looking for more information to keep your passion alive.

You have good communication skills, you are a good listener and you like to talk about your hobby.

You are fluent in Germand and English, both written and spoken.

You are comfortable with tools such as MS Office and, in the best case, you have already worked with a customer management system.

For the rest, don't panic: we will train you about our customer relations methods, after complete onboarding phase that will allow you to discover the joys of the job.

**Additional Information**:

- You will work from Monday to Friday, so you can ride on weekends
- Possibility of remote work.
- Weekly working hours: 39 hours.
- You will be reporting to the Saint-Etienne (France) team, with colleagues who share your passion for cycling and outdoor sports
