**Contribute to our development**:
***Seb Professional innovates and develops digital services for its Schaerer, WMF and Curtis professional coffee machines. Our teams are essentially based in Ecully (FR), Geislingen an der Steige (DE) and Zuchwil (CH).

With a first solid experience in project management, you will have the opportunity to strengthen this skill by integrating an ambitious and exciting international program.

**In this role, you will**:

- Define the project in terms of scope, pre-requisits, planning, phases, IT architecture;
- Determine the resources to be allocated to the project, the input and outcome of the project, in accordance to the methodology, monitoring tools and the IS architecture master plan.
- Organize, coordinate and animate the entire project management team, ensuring good collaboration between all stakeholders. Create team cohesion.
- Supervise the different phases of project implementation and ensure their proper execution
- Supervise the progress of the project in terms of scope/quality/cost/deadline and animate the project committee and steering committee, with regular reporting on progress, difficulties and follow-up of actions.
- Lead preparation of the cut-over and the support of users until the handover to support and maintenance teams 3 months after the go-live.
- Ensure the decommissioning of old solutions in compliance with the legal rules of the country

Given the roadmap for the deployment of the Core Model, frequent trips to Germany are to be expected in 2024, 2025 (Geislingen an der Steige location). A relocation in Germany for the period is possible.

**Share your skills**:

- Masters degree education in IT or Business Management (Industry, Commerce, Management...) with a specialization in IT, you have a minimum of 5 years experience in information systems
- Good skills in communication, organization and project management tools and methods and a good understanding of business objectives and organizational impacts of a project
- Experience in management of resources as part of a schedule, as well as experience in the arbitration process, management of budget, deadline & quality
- Strong skills in the fundamentals of change management
- Organizational capacity, rigor, method and a sense of anticipation as well as leadership skills to gain buy-in, collective commitment is key
- Fluency in English is necessary, the practice of German language can be valuable to lead these projects
