***Your role & mis**sion****:

- Identify, prepare, coordinate, and deliver internal and external trainings on McPhy products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (internal or external)._

**Your main responsibilities**:
**Creation of the Training Center**
- Define the need for equipment for practical training, following the evolution of McPhy products
- Define and follow the manufacturing of test benches for practical training
- Maintenance, improvement, evolution of the equipment for practical training
- Development of an interactive training program: 3D views, videos, etc.

**Identify, prepare, and conduct external training programs**
- Identify training programs for the operation and maintenance of McPhy products
- Support the sales department in the costing of external training
- Define the external training calendar in relation to projects
- Prepare training programs and documentation, in collaboration with the design office
- Operation
- Preventive maintenance 1&2 for operators
- Preventive maintenance 3&4 for McPhy
- Procedure for corrective maintenance, including replacement operations
- Evaluations of training achievements
- Conduct on-site training sessions
- Ensure the traceability of the training sessions (attendance, certificates, training evaluations, etc.)
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of training programs, developing the offer according to needs and with a view to improvement

- Identify training programs for products, assembly, testing, commissioning and maintenance of McPhy products
- Define the internal training calendar in conjunction with the HR department (integration of internal or external personnel, continuous training)

**Your Profile**:
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- BAC+5 (engineering degree or equivalent) in a technical field (mechanics, materials, electricity, process)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment, preferably in special machinery
- Very good knowledge and understanding of technical products (hydrogen charging stations and/or electrolysers)
- Knowledge of specific risks related to the field of activity (electrical risk, Atex, gas process)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Techniques and tools for communication and training facilitation
- Training engineering: scenario, methods, tools, evaluation

**TRANSVERSAL SKILLS**
- Ability to organize and plan an activity
- Safety culture
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Pragmatism, problem-solving and result-oriented
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
