**Description Du Poste**

**Ce que vous ferez**
- Évaluer et approuver la qualité opérationnelle de l'équipement du système. Servir de liaison entre l'entreprise et le client pour de multiples sujets.
- Participer à l'établissement, à la mesure et à la réalisation des paramètres de satisfaction du client.
- Assumer la fonction de gestion de projet pour les projets des clients, y compris l'identification des besoins, l'établissement du calendrier, le suivi et la production de rapports.
- Assurer la direction des équipes d'ingénierie de projet, des employés contractuels et du personnel de soutien du projet.
- Développer et rédiger la documentation nécessaire (plans de projet de validation, procédures opérationnelles standard, rapports de synthèse de qualification, audits de systèmes, rapports techniques, matrice de traçabilité, etc.)
- Communiquer avec Rockwell Automation et la direction du client concernant les détails du projet.

**Description du profil**

**Qualifications de base**:

- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en production, automatisation industrielle, ingénierie ou dans un domaine lié à la technologie.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

**Qualifications préférées**:

- 2+ ans d'expérience en automatisation industrielle, de préférence dans les secteurs de l'automobile, des métaux, de l'eau et des eaux usées, des papiers, de l'alimentation et des boissons.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la recherche de pannes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
- Capacité à voyager dans la zone de service désignée.

**What you will do**
- Evaluate and approve operational quality of system equipment. Serve as company liaison to the customer for multiple topics.
- Participate in the establishment, measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics.
- Perform project management function for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide leadership for project engineering teams, contract employees, and project support personnel.
- Develop and write documentation as required (validation project plans, standard operating procedures, qualification summary reports, system audits, technical reports, traceability matrix, etc.).
- Communicate with Rockwell Automation and customer management regarding project details.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Technology related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Fluent in French and English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in Automotive, Metals, Water/Wastewater industry, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage
- Excellent fault finding skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel throughout the designated service area.
