Nous recrutons pour un leader de l'industrie agroalimentaire un **Chief Financial Officer** en CDI (entre la France et l'Algérie).

En tant que **bras droit du PDG**, le Chief Financial Officer a pour mission de garantir un parfait équilibre financier, administratif et juridique.

Vos missions:
La mise en place et le suivi de reporting au PDG ainsi qu’aux investisseurs existants ou à venir avec qui il entretient une relation étroite. Cela implique donc d’avoir un bon relationnel et de maîtriser l’anglais pour faciliter les échanges.

En tant que Directeur Financier, le CFO a également à sa charge la conception et les mises à jour permanentes des montages financiers.

C’est à lui de se charger de la stratégie financière pour la société. Il est donc nécessaire d’avoir une vision sur le long terme en permanence, en même temps que d’analyser le risque financier liés aux investissements; Par conséquent,

Il est nécessaire pour le CFO d’avoir une solide expérience dans ce type de métier en raison de la confiance accordée par le PDG dans le cadre de la gestion des budgets, prévisions et fixation des objectifs.

En effet, il est nécessaire pour un CFO d’avoir de solides connaissances juridiques, social, notamment dans le droit du travail et fiscal.
