Our subsidiary **VAISALA France SAS **located in Saclay (91), is a key supplier of atmospheric measurement instruments for the analysis of wind profiles, thanks to LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), laser technology (predominantly optical, photonic and electronic). The key markets are the wind industry, international airports, meteorology and air quality. VAISALA France SAS generates a significant part of its turnover internationally across all 5 continents.
**Missions**:
In the context of the constant growth and development of our activities, VAISALA France SAS is recruiting a " **Process and Methods Engineer" M/F** specialized in optoelectronics.
Reporting to the Methods and Industrial Manager, the Methods and Process Engineer M/F will be in charge of creating and updating the manufacturing file of the systems, in order to ensure the conformity and the stability of the performances of the delivered systems, new and after sales.
To do this, the Methods and Process Engineer will set up a rigorous and exhaustive industrialization of the assembly and control means and processes, allowing for continuous improvement in series life.
A period of technical training on our complete range of products will enable you to perform your duties.
Your main missions will be to:
- Create and develop the technical documentation required for the Products and Services, in a Lean Manufacturing approach, including:
- Participate in the Design for manufacturing & for maintenance of new products,
- Ensure the transfer and training, in manufacturing and after sales service.
- To pilot the choice, design, manufacture, transfer and complete implementation of industrial means.
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree from engineering school or university degree with industrialization orientation and skills in Optics/Optoelectronics, you have at least 2 years of successful experience in the development of industrial processes of complex technological systems. You have acquired experience in an equipment goods industry: mechatronics, optoelectronics, embedded equipment, medical equipment or metrology.
