Global Product Manager - Botanicals for Nutraceuticals

- As a Global Product Manager in Avignon (France) or South Hackensack (US), you will ensure the Botanicals for Nutra portfolio grows following our targets, define and improve the growth strategy for the ‘Botanicals for Nutraceuticals’ business and will be the champion and oversee the Category Product Portfolio.- You will report to the Growth Platform Director.**Your main responsibilities**:

- _Define and lead the ‘Botanicals for Nutraceuticals’ strategy_
- Build the Category strategy with main Partners: what market/product to focus on (where to play/how to win)
- Identify opportunities, to bring differentiation
- Priortize Bets and agree on the Roadmap and business cases with Regions
- _Manage the product portfolio_
- Define and increase the product offering and its value proposition
- Manage pricing, demand/supply of the entire portfolio with relevant responsibilities
- Ensuring solid maintenance and also animation of the portfolio with the regions
- Manage the end-to-end value chain for critical materials with Partners
- _Commercialize Innovations with Regions_
- Prepare the commercialization package to launch Innovations with Regions
- _Share expertise on the Botanicals for Nutraceuticals, across the organization_
- Build knowledge within the organization for the Category
- Inspire and share successes and learnings across departments and regions

**You have**:

- BS Business
- MBA
- 10+ years related experience of which min. 3 years in an equivalent leadership position
- Solid Business & Commercial Acumen
- Great knowledge of the Nutraceutical market and botanical ingredient business
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Passion for the Health & Nutrition space
- Customer-oriented (internal and external)
- Sense to lead us through examples and to create bridges within the different parts of the organization
- To establish trust and credibility and influence people at all levels
- Collaborate and manage projects without direct report
- Use Taste and Product Development capabilities to develop great tasting products and solutions for the Nutraceutical market
