Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne très motivée pour agir à titre de Responsable du Développement pour nos produits de pulvérisation. La personne établira des relations avec des partenaires stratégiques pour une nouvelle gamme de produits.

La personne formulera le plan de développement global (formation, connaissance des produits, feuille de route européenne) avec de nouveaux partenaires commerciaux stratégiques, y compris les concessionnaires existants et aura la charge d’exécuter la stratégie de commercialisation.

**Vos missions**:

- Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes pour réaliser des parcelles de recherche, des essais agronomiques, des démonstrations sur le terrain et des présentations.
- Garantir le succès global de ces manifestations.
- Coordonner la formation sur les produits en interne et avec le réseau de concessionnaires (cela comprendrait la formation technique, la formation sur l’installation et la formation sur les ventes).
- Établir des relations, des programmes de vente et de formation avec certains partenaires de l’industrie - fertilisation et protection des cultures.
- Coordonner les changements et/ou améliorations de produits avec les équipes R&D/contrôle qualité de Precision Planting aux Etats-Unis et en Europe.
- Participer aux réunions internes et aux salons agricoles.

**Votre profil**:

- De Formation minimum BAC+3 en agriculture ou en commerce
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Développement des Affaires, Gestion Produit ou dans le secteur agricole
- Capacité à communiquer des informations techniques aux clients
- Capacité à influencer une équipe
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
- Très motivé
- Compétences informatiques : Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel et Outlook

Expérience en Développement des Affaires/Gestion Produit en agriculture ou en agriculture de précision fortement souhaitée.
