Depuis le lancement du logiciel en octobre 2016, la société connaît une croissance mensuelle à deux chiffres et cherche à maintenir ce rythme. Notre équipe grandissante est internationale et répartie entre nos bureaux de New York City, Mexico, et Lyon.

Rattaché directement au Directeur Financier (CFO), vous gérerez la comptabilité et participerez au pilotage de la rentabilité du Groupe, sur un périmètre international couvrant l'Europe (France et Suisse) et les Etats-Unis.

**Nous comptons sur vous pour**:
Suivi comptable et financier (Production et supervision) - France et Suisse
- Comptabilité clients (facturation, recouvrement des créances, supervision du processus d’encaissement, gestion des comptes clients).
- Comptabilité fournisseurs (traitement des factures, contrôle de la conformité aux règles comptables légales et internes, superviser le processus de décaissement, gestion des comptes fournisseurs).
- Comptabilité paie (écritures comptables de la paie et gestion des notes de frais).
- Préparation de la comptabilité mensuelle et suivi des déclarations fiscales.
- Participation au calcul du CIR, valorisation de la propriété intellectuelle.
- Clôture des comptes semestriels et annuels pour l’établissement des états financiers; consolidation, audit et approbation des comptes annuels.
- Banques: règlement des fournisseurs, des salaires, gestion des moyens de paiement et des flux. Assurer les relations avec les établissements bancaires.
- Financements: bancaires, publiques et de l’innovation (CIR etc.).
- Assurer les relations avec l’administration fiscale et les experts (expert-comptables France et Suisse, commissaire aux comptes, avocats etc.)
- Superviser l’information financière et sa communication aux partenaires extérieurs.

Pilotage: Conseil et appui technique
- Gestion de la trésorerie et optimisation du BFR (Suivre au quotidien les flux de trésorerie, analyser les écarts eu égard aux prévisions, mettre à jour les prévisionnels de trésorerie).
- Piloter la performance: établir les tableaux de bord (reportings), suivre périodiquement les indicateurs, analyser les écarts mensuels, participer à la préparation et l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels, suivre leurs évolutions.
- Conduire des missions ponctuelles d’analyse / de contrôle / d’optimisation des coûts.

Coordination des tâches administratives et RH
- Participer à la gestion RH : paies et indicateurs RH, déclarations sociales et autres obligations.
- Participer à la gestion des services généraux (assurances, fournitures, équipements, contrats prestataires etc.).

Management hiérarchique et transversal
- Participer à l’organisation et à la priorisation des tâches des collaborateurs, membres de l’équipe.
- Définir leurs objectifs, évaluer leur performance, accompagner leur montée en compétences.
- Coordonner des projets transversaux : formalisation des bonnes pratiques + veille (moyens de paiements, anticipation des décaissements, conformité des factures etc.).

**Qui nous recherchons**:

- BAC+5 Ecole de commerce spécialisation Comptabilité-Finance / Master Comptabilité Contrôle Audit / Master 2 Finance d’entreprise / DSCG / Master Audit & Contrôle de Gestion / DAF
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans en Comptabilité, Finance d’entreprise dans un contexte international
- Maîtrise des normes IFRS et des principes de base de la consolidation
- Connaissances comptables solides
- Maîtrise d'Excel
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Une excellente communication orale et écrite en français
- Adaptabilité, esprit de synthèse
- Proactivité et anticipation
- Une attention particulière aux détails
- La capacité à travailler avec des deadlines serrées
- Expérience avec des outils tels que Xero et/ou Payfit serait un plus
