Descriptif du poste
Au sein de la Direction des Affaires Médicales, vous apportez une expertise solide dans la gestion des données des études cliniques (data management) en assurant la production de données cliniques cohérentes et de qualité dans le respect des délais et des budgets conformément aux plans de développement.
Vous encadrez et gérez également les prestataires de services dans la conduite des activités de data management tel que nécessaire dans les essais cliniques.
Vous menez l’ensemble de ces activités en vous conformant aux bonnes pratiques cliniques applicables selon les lignes directrices réglementaires, les SOPs et si applicable les documents CDM.
Rattaché au département Biométrie, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Vous réalisez et encadrez les activités de data management nécessaires à la mise en place et au suivi des essais cliniques jusqu’à leur clôture ;
- Vous représentez le data management au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires et apportez votre expertise en la mettant au service des projets de Transgene et vous interagissez efficacement avec les partenaires de Transgene ;
- Vous participez à la définition des paramètres, cahiers des charges et budgets et au suivi attentif des prestations avec les sous-traitants. Vous êtes en charge de la revue, de la validation et du suivi des délivrables, des paramètres techniques et la documentation fournie par les prestataires. Vous êtes le garant de la qualité et de la fiabilité des données ;
- Vous participez à l’évolution des standards en établissant des procédures et méthodes de travail en collaboration directe avec vos collègues de l’Assurance Qualité, que vous appliquez et faites appliquer aux sous-traitants ;
- Vous êtes force de proposition pour l'optimisation des méthodes, outils & procédures liés à votre activité ainsi que pour le suivi des projets.
Profil recherché
De formation Bac +5 dans le domaine scientifique, vous avez une expérience mínimale d’un an dans la gestion d’études cliniques de phases I/II en oncologie.
Vous maîtrisez Ennov Clinical et avez des connaissances des standards CDISC/SDTM.
