Ta mission (si tu l’acceptes) sera d’être le/la garant.e de l’expertise métier sur le product management, en intervenant sur la conception et le développement de produits digitaux tout en plaçant l’utilisateur au centre de tes décisions.

Et concrètement, tu te demandes à quoi peuvent ressembler tes futures missions en tant que Product Manager Senior ?

**être en maîtrise sur toutes les phases de vie d’un produit**:

- Réaliser une phase de Discovery pertinente sur ton produit: entretiens utilisateurs, création d’user story et de personae, benchmark, utilisation de méthodes agiles (double diamant, lean canva, experience map )
- Suivre la phase de conception produit : Design Thinking et suivi du prototypage avec le/la Designer.
- Forte capacité de Delivery en Agile: spécifications du produit, priorisation et maintien du backlog, co-construction de la product roadmap, story mapping, customer flow
- Garantir la réussite commerciale du produit en proposant une stratégie produit et économique cohérente avec le besoin et le contexte client (suivi de metrics comme des KPI, MTM et OKR, orientation valeur et résultat).

- Animer les différents stakeholders par des cérémonies agiles, atelier d’idéation et garantir un bon suivi avec ta Product Team.
- Effectuer des restitutions et des retours d’expériences suite aux différentes problématiques clients rencontrés.

Et demain en tant que PM senior tu seras amené.e à évoluer rapidement au sein de la galaxie en prenant en charge des rôles à fortes responsabilités:
️ En développant ton expertise produit jusqu’à devenir le/la référent.e Product et être en charge de toute la stratégie de Knowledge Management chez Hubvisory.

️ En t’orientant vers des missions plus stratégiques sur de la transformation organisationnelle chez nos clients.

️ Ou en empruntant la voie managériale et devenir le mentor d’une équipe de consultants que tu accompagneras dans leur parcours de carrière.

**Profil recherché**:
La description de notre “super” Product Manager Senior:

- Passionné.e par le Produit, tu disposes d’un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience sur un poste de PM ou dans la gestion de produits digitaux.
- Tu as une expertise et une connaissance métier poussée sur le product management.
- Tu sais prendre du recul pour faire évoluer le collectif et la structure dans laquelle tu évolues.
- Tu as une forte capacité à t’adapter à des environnements et à des contextes différents.
- Tu as toutes les qualités d’un.e bon.ne consultant.e : pro-actif.ve, autonome, communicant.e, rigoureux.se et tu as l’esprit d’équipe.
- Tu as cette volonté de partager et de faire progresser les autres, tu es drivé.e par l’amélioration continue.
- Tu es capable de présenter, expliquer et défendre tes idées face à une direction.
- Tu disposes d’un excellent relationnel et une aisance avec le contact client.
- Tu sais te remettre en question, être à l’écoute et accueillir le feedback positivement.
