French Customer Support Agent

For this particular position, we are working with a French automobile manufacturer to find a Customer Support Agent in the technology field. Our client works with various projects and brands that are recognized worldwide. Depending on the type of project that will be offered to you, the daily tasks will vary.
**This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal.**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Receiving phone calls from customers or communicating with them via messaging
platforms
- Offering guidance and support to customers on how to use the products
- Running technical and end-user training
- Delivering high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures
**Job Requirements**:
- EU passport/ID (or a Portuguese resident card)
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French
- High level of English (minimum B2 Level)
- Minimum education - High School Diploma
- Good computer skills
