- Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e ) business support/data analyst.
- Le poste est basé à la Défense, sous la responsabilité du directeur commercial.
- Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez:
- Gérer la plateforme client Otis One et assurer la mise à jour de la Playlist client-
- Former les clients et les ingénieurs commerciaux sur notre produit Eview-
- Faire l'interface avec les ingénieurs commerciaux et le support DT concernant les réclamations clients liés aux nouveaux produits digitaux-
- Coordonner la campagne de marketing numérique-
- Assurer le back office de notre CRM-
- Gérer la data analyse commerciale (KPI, tableaux de bord...)-
- Assurer l'animation commerciale & challenges (Incentify, Power BI etc...)- Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
- Être diplômé d'un Bac+5 d'une école de commerce avec de préférence, une spécialisation Data Science et Business Analyse-
- Justifier d'une première expérience dans le support commercial- Quels sont les avantages ?
