R&d Technical Project Leader

**Contexte de la mission**:
- Diriger les activités de R&D (HW, SW, Sys, Mech, etc)
- Suivre la fin du développement de certains projets clients et soutenir le SOP (Start Of Production)
**Missions**:
- Responsable de l'ensemble du périmètre technique du produit, de la programmation et de la budgétisation. Tout cela avec le soutien des responsables du département électronique.
- Responsable de la qualité, des coûts, du suivi des délais et de la maintenance tout au long du développement du projet
- Soutenir les analyses RFQ (appels d'offres), les budget et les devis
- Priorisation et gestion de plusieurs projets et de plusieurs sites avec des deadlines qui se chevauchent
- Responsable des livrables
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des normes et des processus
- Gérer de façon fonctionnelle un groupe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens
- Respect des contraintes de qualité, de coût et de délai du projet
- Rapports quotidiens sur l'état d'avancement
- Gestion de la documentation du projet
Expérience obligatoire dans le secteur de l'automobile
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience
