Vous souhaitez manager une équipe d'ingénieurs et prendre part à l'identification et le développement de technologies de rupture ?

Nos équipes Recherche & Innovation vous attendent à Bobigny en tant que Team Leader en Optique [F/H].

Premier mondial dans l'éclairage, nous développons des solutions innovantes au sein de notre Pôle Système de Visibilité. Le centre R&D de Bobigny est le siège de cette activité et conçoit des systèmes d'éclairage adaptatifs et intuitifs.

Vos missions :

  • Manager hiérarchiquement une équipe d'ingénieurs, répartir les activités de votre équipe selon les projets ; puis suivre leurs réalisations et l'atteinte de leurs objectifs.

  • Garantir le niveau technique de votre équipe : partage de connaissance, formation...

  • S'assurer du haut niveau de robustesse de chaque design, de la justification des choix technologiques et participer aux revues de design en collaboration avec les équipes Projet.

  • Assurer une veille technologique de systèmes optiques déclairage et participer à la construction des roadmaps.

  • Participer à la définition, au déploiement et à l'amélioration des processus, des méthodologies et les outils d'ingénierie nécessaires aux projets d'innovation.

À propos de vous :

De formation Bac en Optique ou Photonique, vous avez au moins 7 ans d'expérience en conception et évaluation des performances de systèmes optiques.

Vous maîtrisez des logiciels de conception/simulation optique : Lighttools ; SPEOS ; ASAP ; LUCID SHAPE... ou équivalent.
Vous maîtrisez idéalement les logiciels de CAO Catia V5 ou Solidworks.
 

Des notions doptique physique et optique des lasers sont un atout.

Votre esprit d'équipe vous permet d'établir une collaboration efficace avec les différentes disciplines Métiers ; et d'être en capacité de guider une équipe.
