**MISSION**

You will be involved in the implementation and management of the company's Quality policy. You will supervise the design and updating of quality manuals and compliance with procedures. You are the contact person for the official control services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Within the CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) Department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's Quality system, evaluating its effectiveness and developing it
- Identify and analyse non-quality issues (defects, failure to meet deadlines, poor organisation, etc.) and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Write the internal quality manual
- Develop staff awareness actions
- In this context, you will design and manage the company's reference systems (processes, procedures, etc.)
- In addition, you carry out diagnostics and internal quality audits and participate in customer satisfaction surveys
- Finally, you will be the key point of contact for ISO certification (9001, 14001 and 45001).

**PROFILE AND SKILLS**
- Level (BAC+5) Master's degree specialising in quality management
- Computer skills in QMS
- Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, methods and ISO standards
- Rigour, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and to convince
- Pedagogy, diplomacy and good listening skills
- Fluent in English and French
