**_Note:_**:
YOUR ROLEThe BPE Expert is responsible for quality and efficiency of processes in the CLL operational Control Tower teams and through this, ensures the delivery of high-quality logistics services to Ceva’s global customers.- Reporting to the Manager Business Process Excellence CLL, this role focuses on:
- Operational Process Governance and Quality Assurance
- Continuous Improvement and Process Re-engineering
- Document Management

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**Process Governance**:

- Monitor and measure quality and efficiency of operational process execution in the CLL Control Towers.
- Identify and document deviations to both internal process standards as well as customer agreements (e.g. SOPs)
- Manage and oversee the effective implementation of corrective measures in alignment with operational management and contract management teams.
- Coordinate and drive alignment between the different regional Control Tower management teams to ensure process coherence between different Control Tower locations and customer setups
- Drive process standardization by identifying best practice processes between Control Tower operations, and ensure these are documented and rolled out across all operational teams
- Continuously challenge the status quo to achieve high-quality process execution in operations

**Continuous Improvement and re-engineering**:

- Be responsible for identifying potential for improvement and standardization in operational processes and within IT solutions, using Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, 5Why etc.)
- Propose measures for efficiency increase, including evaluation of process automation and outsourcing
- Manage the implementation of selected improvement initiative programs, including estimation of implementation budget and operational run cost, Control timely and in budget implementations and continuously monitor ROI and efficiency of implemented measures
- Implement and maintain a register of all improvement initiatives and regularly inform involved local, regional, and global CLL management teams about ongoing and successfully implemented initiatives
- Instil and drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement throughout all CLL locations and on all levels, from operators to regional management teams

**Document Management**:

- Oversee and guide operational teams in the generation of process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flowcharts) in line with Ceva Document Management standards and applicable industry quality standards (e.g. ISO, GXP etc.)
- Manage and coordinate regular audits and reviews of existing process documentation to ensure that all operational processes are properly documented, trained, and signed off
- Be accountable for the CLL document repository and governance on a global level, ensure that stakeholders on all levels comply with document governance processes

**Quality Assurance**:

- Provide guidance to operational teams in the implementation of structured processes to capture, follow up and resolve all operational incidents and non-conformities
- Train and support operational teams in the regular analysis of incidents, including identification of trends, and definition of corrective and preventive actions
- Drive regional Control Tower Management teams and Contract Management teams to establish improvement plans for recurring process quality issues, both internally and in collaboration with CLL customers and suppliers

**Business Analysis**:

- Gather input from different data sources (internal and external report data, dashboards and KPIs), perform regular data analysis to identify and monitor performance trends and patterns in data
- Organize regular performance review meetings to present business analysis findings to both operations management and contract management teams. Challenge the CLL senior management control tower teams, both on local and regional level
