**Missions**:
A ce titre, vous contribuez à la gestion de l’offre en Outlet et chez les partenaires extérieurs afin d’optimiser les ventes et l’écoulement des stocks. Vous aurez notamment les missions suivantes:
**Gestion de l’offre Outlet**
- Analyse des ventes Outlet par le suivi d’indicateurs clefs : ventes, mix, écoulement ;
- Suivi des évènements Outlet, des mises en avant produit et des besoins & feedbacks du terrain ;
- Analyse des stocks par famille pour évaluer les besoins ;
- Proposition d’écoulement des buffers matières ;
- Suivi de la production (quantités, sizing, livraisons, prix) et coordination avec les services approvisionnement et digital pour les lancements produit.

**Gestion du stock des anciennes saisons**
- Mise à jour et suivi des stocks par saison en lien avec la finance ;
- Forecasts de ventes et proposition de plans d’écoulement sur N et N+1:

- Échanges avec les marchés pour les transferts de stocks ;
- Gestion des dons aux associations et des défectueux.
- Proposition du calendrier des ventes Offprice ;
- Préparation des ventes : sélection des saisons, volumes de stocks, prix de cession & marge ;
- Suivi des résultats quotidiens pendant les périodes de ventes et analyses post ventes ;
- Coordination avec le service communication pour la validation des plans marketing et avec l’entrepôt pour la logistique.

**Profil**:
Diplômé(e) d'une formation grande école de commerce ou de l’IFM, vous justifiez une première expérience significative dans le domaine de la mode en tant qu'Assistant(e) Retail Merchandiser / Acheteur ou Chef de Produit.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse de synthèse et maitrisez les outils informatiques Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’organisation avec un fort sens de la rigueur et du détail.

Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et force de proposition.

Vous disposez d'une bonne culture des marques de luxe et fast fashion.
