Corporate Travel Business Developer Pour Ubigi

Dans le cadre du lancement de nouvelles offres Ubigi dédiées aux entreprises et aux opérateurs de voyages, vous rejoindrez Ubigi en tant que _Corporate Travel Business Developer_. Vous serez responsable de la croissance et du développement des relations commerciales avec les professionnels de l'industrie du voyage d'affaires, les voyageurs d'affaires individuels et les entreprises souhaitant équiper leurs collaborateurs de solutions eSIM. Vos missions incluront:
**Génération de leads et gestion des comptes**:
- Utiliser une combinaison d'outils de prospection traditionnels et numériques, y compris LinkedIn, Sales Navigator et les appels sortants, pour identifier et générer des opportunités d'affaires.
- Représenter Ubigi lors d'événements et de salons de l'industrie du voyage d'affaires pour établir des contacts et identifier des partenaires potentiels.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de génération de leads ciblées, en segmentant les publics en fonction de critères spécifiques.
**Analyse des besoins et proposition de solutions**:
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies des besoins et des exigences des prospects et des clients, en tenant compte de leur typologie (professionnels de l'industrie du voyage d'affaires, voyageurs d'affaires internationaux, entreprises).
- Présenter et recommander les solutions Ubigi les mieux adaptées à chaque segment de clientèle, notamment le programme Ubigi for Business, mais également Ubigi Wholesale Program et Ubigi Associate Program, selon les fonctionnalités spécifiques à chaque offre.
**Gestion des comptes et fidélisation des clients**:
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires commerciaux potentiels et existants dans le secteur du voyage d'affaires.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des comptes clients existants, en proposant des solutions personnalisées pour répondre à leurs besoins évolutifs.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment le support opérationnel, pour garantir une expérience client fluide et répondre efficacement aux demandes et aux problèmes des clients.
**Votre profil**
- Solides compétences en développement commercial et en gestion de comptes, avec une expérience préalable dans l'industrie du voyage ou des technologies SIM/eSIM.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation, avec la capacité de présenter des solutions techniques de manière claire et convaincante.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
- Compréhension approfondie des besoins et des tendances de l'industrie du voyage d'affaires, ainsi que des solutions de connectivité eSIM.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français pour une communication efficace avec les clients et partenaires internationaux.
