Nous recherchons pour notre client, acteur majeur du secteur

agroalimentaire, un.e Expert.e Food Safety H/F.

Au sein de la Cellule Qualité Groupe vous contribuez à la mise en

oeuvre de la politique qualité & sécurité des aliments, au travers

d'actions visant la maîtrise de la sécurité des aliments et de la

conformité réglementaire, l'anticipation des risques et alertes, et

l'amélioration des pratiques.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez en charge de:
Réaliser la veille sur les contaminants chimiques et biologiques,

risques émergents et Food Safety plus largement (assurer la veille

selon des sources variées, support aux clients internes,

vulgarisation de l'information, création de supports...)

Contribuer à l'analyse des risques et à la gestion des alertes

(études HACCP, création et suivi d'indicateurs, définition de plan

d'action, mise en conformité...)

Définir et rédiger les règles et bonnes pratiques pertinentes,

applicables à l'ensemble des entités et usines, inclus dans le

domaine des activités de laboratoire (sensibilisation, formation,

participation aux instances professionnelles...)

Gérer des projets transversaux via l'animation et la coordination

avec les équipes qualité des différentes Business Units.

**Description du profil**:
De formation Bac +5, école d'ingénieur Agroalimentaire, avec une
spécialisation Qualité sur les risques sécurité des Aliments, vous
avez une expérience de 7 à 10 ans sur des fonctions usines et
support usines (production, qualité).

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en microbiologie, chimie/biochimie
des aliments, contaminants chimiques, HACCP, laboratoires,
Réglementation, Produits laitiers, Emballages et Eau.

Vous parlez anglais couramment.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi que
la capacité à pouvoir vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs. Vous êtes
rigoureux, avez un bon relationnel et êtes ouvert d'esprit.

Vous êtes agile, constructif, positif, orienté résultats et avez la
capacité de challenger l'existant.
