Nous recherchons un Corporate Strategy Director - H/F pour définir et aider à l’implémentation de la stratégie d’OVHcloud.. Vous allez d’une part collaborer avec la direction de l’entreprise et les principaux responsables pour les aider à formuler et piloter une stratégie, et d’autre part diriger des projets transverses à fort impact pour l’organisation. Vous aurez en plus le devoir de gérer les relations avec les analystes industriels et de vous assurer que la stratégie d’OVHcloud leur soit partagée afin de renforcer la marque OVHcloud. Pour ce faire, vous managez une équipe d’experts en stratégie, analystes marché et responsabilité sociétale des entreprises.

- Stratégie :_
- Vous conseillez les équipes transverses dans la résolution des problèmes et la définition/exécution d’initiatives permettant de soutenir la croissance d’OVHcloud, en apportant vos compétences d’analyses et de structuration pour identifier les problèmes clés et aider à anticiper les aspects pratiques de la mise en œuvre et/ou en diriger l’implémentation,
- Vous interagissez directement avec notre CEO, Chairman et la direction de l’entreprise pour alimenter, formaliser et régulièrement actualiser la stratégie à moyen/long terme de l’entreprise,
- Vous élaborez des objectifs à court et long terme pour l'organisation pour suivre la bonne exécution du plan stratégique
- Vous dirigez l’écriture et l’actualisation du business plan
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes Produits et Marketing pour identifier les évolutions du marché et définir une stratégie produit cohérente en fonction des types de produits, clients et marchés,
- Vous définissez ou redéfinissez le portefeuille d’activités afin de cerner les opportunités,
- Vous accompagnez la prise de décision concernant l’implantation sur des nouveaux marchés et/ou des nouvelles géographies en vous assurant de la cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise et en apportant vos capacités de structuration de problème et d’analyse pour aider les équipes opérationnelles à construire des business cases,
- Vous facilitez les échanges entre le conseil d'administration, le comité de direction et les décideurs de l’entreprise à travers l’animation / votre participation à des rendez-vous clés de gouvernance (e.g. organisation du Comité Stratégie et ESG, présentation de sujets stratégie & RSE au board, secrétariat du Comex)
- Relations analystes :_

Vous êtes le point de contact des différentes analystes industriels et vous leur communiuqez la stratégie d'OVHcloud (globale, RSE, produits, etc...) afin de faire rayonner la marque OVHcloud auprès de ces influences clés sur le marché du Cloud. Cela se fait via l'organisation:

- d’évènements biannuels spécifiquement dédiés aux analystes industriels
- de briefings ad-hoc sur des sujets clés pour OVHcloud sur lesquels nous souhaitons renforcer notre visibilité
- de communications mettant en avant nos différenciants lors de la sortie de nouveaux produits
- de la participation d’OVHcloud aux études clés lancées par ces analystes, e.g. quadrant
- Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) :_
- Vous construisez avec les différents métiers la stratégie et la politique globale RSE d’OVHcloud,
- Vous pilotez notre stratégie RSE et vous garantissez le respect de nos engagements,
- Vous monitorez et présentez nos résultats lors des différentes instances (assemblées générales, comités stratégique, ranking ).

Compétences:

- Vous possédez au minimum 10 années d’expérience dans la définition stratégique et l’analyse avec une expérience en cabinet et en entreprise.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide dans le conseil.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la technologie et idéalement disposez d’une bonne connaissance du cloud.
