**Missions et activités**

Rattaché au Responsable Support FSM (French Speaking Market), vous êtes en charge pour un périmètre local (Alsace 67) de la mise en œuvre du schéma directeur SI.

Vous assurez la conception, l’organisation, le suivi et la mise en œuvre de toute l’infrastructure système et informatique des sites placés sous votre responsabilité. Vous veillez à leurs performances, l’optimisation et le maintien en condition opérationnelle.

Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous encadrez une équipe d’environ 4 Techniciens Support intervenant dans le déploiement, la maintenance, le support et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des moyens mis en œuvre.

Vous maîtrisez les technologies suivantes : Virtualisation (VMware), Windows Server & Linux, Microsoft Active Directory/Azure, vous avez une bonne connaissance des environnements client Windows, des réseaux locaux et de solides bases sur les réseaux IP.

Plus globalement, vous serez amené à:

- participer à la conception, la mise en œuvre, l’évolution des architectures systèmes ;
- conseiller la Direction du service lors de l'étude de solutions nouvelles et de choix de logiciel, de matériel, d'architecture,... ;
- assurer le management et le suivi des équipes et leurs missions ;
- piloter les activités à travers des reportings et indicateurs de performance ;
- intervenir dans la construction des budgets et dans son suivi sur le périmètre ;
- participer aux échanges avec le Groupe (en anglais non natif) dans un objectif d’harmonisation des pratiques et de respect des règles Groupe ;
- réaliser les échanges nécessaires avec les clients internes ou externes et avec les fournisseurs
- organiser le service et garantir le respect des procédures (ticketing - Helpdesk, gestion stock
- Organiser les astreintes des équipes, et potentiellement en assurer vous-mêmes
- Mettre en œuvre des pratiques informatiques écologiques et durables

**Profil**

Vous êtes à la fois reconnu pour vos compétences managériales, tant en termes de pilotage que de gestion d’équipes, et pour vos compétences techniques qui vous permettent d’être autonome et d’apporter votre vision en termes de support technique.

Expérimenté depuis a mínima 5 ans sur des postes au contexte et environnement comparables, vous pouvez démontrer d’un niveau technique régulièrement mis à jour (formation, auto formation, expériences,...). Votre anglais technique est opérationnel pour comprendre en langue étrangère les procédures et documentations provenant du Groupe.

Outre les qualités habituelles attendues pour ce poste, nous souhaitons voir de réelles capacités managériales, de travail collaboratif et de communication.
