**L’ÉQUIPE**

Nous recherchons un(e) Marketing and Success Manager dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

En tant que Marketing and Success Manager, vous serez responsable de la génération de leads et de notre marketing numérique, ainsi que de la gestion des performances et du succès de nos campagnes en ligne.

Votre rôle sera essentiel pour augmenter la visibilité de nos partenaires “vip” et de Costockage afin d’attirer de nouveaux clients.

**LES MISSIONS**
- Lead Generation / Marketing Digital via 2 leviers d'acquisition online:

- LeBonCoin : Mise en ligne d'annonces, Création de visuels (Canva) et Mise en avant (Promotion)
- Facebook : Publication d'annonces, Management des Facebook Messager et suivi des performances
- Content Marketing / Marketing de contenu:

- Animation des Google Business Profile (Google my Business)
- Rédaction d'articles SEO pour nos blogs
- Optimisation des contenus grâce aux outils IA
- Campagnes reviews:

- Afin de renforcer la confiance des utilisateurs potentiels en fournissant des témoignages et permettre aux propriétaires “ vip ”de se démarquer de la concurrence en mettant en avant la qualité de leurs services et en attirant ainsi davantage de locataires potentiels.
- Conseiller sur l’utilisation de notre Marketplace : Vous serez en première ligne dans la réception des leads entrants que vous redirigerez vers les différentes fonctionnalités de Costockage.fr

**LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Savoir-être : Fiabilité, Autonomie et Appétence en Marketing Digital
- Savoir-faire: Aisance face au outils numériques et bureautiques (Office, Google suite, Canva)
- Ecole de Communication / IUT...
- Preneur d’initiatives et amateur de challenges
- Tu es débrouillard et inventif
- Sens du contact affirmé

Salaire : 650,00€ à 700,00€ par mois
