**2. DEFINITION DU POSTE**

L’Editorial and Media Relations Manager est responsable de la création et de la gestion du contenu éditorial ainsi que de la gestion des relations médias de l’entreprise. Rattaché(e) à la directrice de la communication et de la marque d’Arianespace, et en étroite coordination avec la responsable média et messages stratégiques d’ArianeGroup et son pôle éditorial, l’Editorial and Media relations manager joue un rôle clé dans la promotion de l’image d’Arianespace et dans la diffusion de ses messages clés auprès des publics cibles, notamment lors des campagnes de lancement d’Ariane 6, de Vega et de Vega C.

**Stratégie éditoriale et communication interne**:

- Définir, piloter et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie éditoriale à 360° pour adresser les différents publics de l’entreprise, internes et externes, en ligne avec les objectifs de la direction.
- Superviser la production de contenu éditorial et le calendrier pour les différents canaux de communication de l’entreprise (site web, newsroom, réseaux sociaux, intranet), en prenant en compte les campagnes de lancement.
- Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la pertinence du contenu éditorial produit.
- Collaborer avec les autres directions d’Arianespace pour obtenir des informations et des contenus nécessaires à la production éditoriale, ainsi qu’avec les départements de la Direction de la Communication d’ArianeGroup.
- Contribuer à l’organisation des rencontres managériales et aux réunions d’informations des salariés.
- Être le point de contact principal pour les initiatives de communication organisées sur le site d’Evry.

**Relations presse**:

- Accompagner la mise en oeuvre des activités de relations presse pour tous les événements d’Arianespace sur les scènes nationale et internationale (contrats, lancements, événements, salons et conférences) en s’appuyant sur l’agence externe d’influence commune à ArianeGroup, Arianespace et MaiaSpace.
- Organiser, préparer et suivre les interviews et entretiens des salariés interviewés (éléments de langage, conduite à tenir).
- Contribuer à la conception, rédaction et diffusion des supports destinés à la presse (dossiers de presse, fiches de presse) liés aux lancements Vega et Ariane 6 en se coordonnant avec les clients, constructeurs et partenaires impliqués.
- Rédiger, faire traduire et diffuser les communiqués de presse en quatre langues : anglais, français, allemand et italien.
- Préparer les documents de gestion de crise pour assurer une réponse rapide en cas d’incident.
- Contribuer à la gestion de la revue de presse quotidienne commune.

**3. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- De formation supérieure en communication, journalisme, relations publiques ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en relations médias et en gestion éditoriale.
- Vous avez d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais, et êtes également à l’aise à l’oral.
- Vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e. et autonome.
- Vous démontrez par ailleurs des capacités d’écoute et relationnelles, ainsi qu’une aptitude à comprendre et synthétiser des problématiques complexes dans un milieu international.
- Une expérience dans l’aéronautique ou le spatial serait un plus.
