Partoo est une scale-up saas B2B qui a à cœur d’aider les commerces locaux, grandes entreprises ou PME à se rapprocher de leurs clients. Pour cela, ils ont développé une plateforme tout-en-un et différentes solutions qui s’articulent autour de 3 propositions de valeur : être visible, être choisi et acquérir de nouveaux clients
À travers ces 3 propositions, ils ont développé plusieurs produits qui s’adaptent aux évolutions du parcours d’achat des clients:
**\uD83D\uDD0E Être visible**
Presence: Synchroniser les informations des magasins sur les principales plateformes (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), annuaires et GPS.
Store Locator: Aider les clients à trouver le magasin qui leur convient grâce à des données locales actualisées et des filtres dédiés sur les sites web des enseignes.
Réseaux sociaux: Gérer les publications sur Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
**\uD83C\uDFAF Être choisi**
Review: Centraliser, répondre et analyser les avis clients reçus sur Google et Facebook.
Booster: Obtenir des avis positifs supplémentaires sur Google par le biais de SMS et de QR codes.
Messages: Centraliser et répondre à tous les messages de chat reçus via Google Business Messages, Messenger et bientôt aussi via Instagram, whatsapp, etc.

Paiements: Pouvoir proposer un paiement en ligne ou par QR code aux clients
Click & Collect: Permettre aux clients d’acheter des produits en ligne et de venir les récupérer en point de vente
Livraison: Proposer la livraison à domicile

Nous sommes passés de 250 personnes à 400 en moins de 2 ans. Dans ce contexte d’hyper croissance, l’accès aux connaissances et leur gestion est cruciale au bon fonctionnement des équipes.
Donner accès aux bonnes connaissances, aux bonnes personnes, au bon moment c’est le défi et la mission en tant que Knowledge Manager qui fait partie intégrante de l’équipe Ops dont le crédo est “empower people”.

- De contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise en maximisant l'impact business du Knowledge
- De faire mûrir l'approche et les méthodologies d'un métier en pleine évolution au sein de l'écosystème
**MISSIONS \uD83D\uDD25**:
- ** Ta mission en une phrase sera d'accompagner les équipes et leurs managers dans la création, l’accès et la diffusion des connaissances propres à leur cœur de métier.
- Tu mettras en œuvre les piliers du Knowledge Management à savoir **:l’humain, la culture, les processus et les outils.**

L’humain ou les équipes métiers**:
- Garantir et améliorer en continu le fonctionnement du réseau de contributeurs individuels.
- Engager les managers sur les sujets knowledge grâce à l’identification et au suivi de leurs objectifs/ besoins reliés au knowledge.
- Identifier de manière proactive les expertises internes et potentielles nouvelles personnes contributrices.

La culture**:
- Véritable facilitateur ou facilitatrice, tu seras en charge de faire vivre la culture du partage des connaissances chez Partoo : avec les experts internes en priorité.
- Assurer les différents rituels de sensibilisation auprès des personnes contributrices et sponsors : ateliers ou autres formats d’animations innovants. Veiller à faire perdurer la documentation comme un pilier de productivité et non comme une contrainte : “marketer” le sujet et le gamifier tant que possible.

Les processus**:
- Collaborer de manière privilégiée avec les équipes Ops (entreprise et SMBs) afin d’optimiser l’assimilation, par les équipes métiers, des nouveaux process.
- Propager des bonnes pratiques afin de faciliter la formalisation des process par les équipes métiers. Veiller aux mises à jour : avoir une démarche qualité du cycle de vie.

Les outils**:
- Gérer la diffusion des contenus clés via les outils internes adéquats : espace google drive, bases de connaissances.
- Administrer la base de connaissances principale ou le Wiki (elium)
- Mesurer via des indicateurs clés la sanité de la plateforme.
- Participer à une veille technologique pour améliorer de manière continue la stack d’outils knowledge.
