We are looking for a driven, Enthusiast intern or apprentice to strengthen our HR team.
Missions:
- Assist in day-to-day operational & administrative matters : administrative management linked to the employee’s life in the society, occupational medicine, holidays, health insurance matters, etc
- Assist in the process of integrating new joiners
- Training and development : administrative monitoring, coordination & logistics
- Payroll : help in the payroll management
- Assist HR in organising, updating and maintaining proper records, files and databases
- Various HR topics : assisting HR in creating policies, processes, documents & helping on some ad-hoc projects when needed
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a proactive person, in training at a Bachelor’s degree level (Bac +2 /Bac +3) HR specialization, ready to work in a fast-growing and international environment, with strong organizational and communication skills and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency at Excel, PPT, Word and intermediate English level (another language is a plus) are required.
