**Mission**: Sodexo Live est la marque mondiale du groupe Sodexo spécialisée dans la restauration et l'hospitalité dans les univers du sport, des loisirs et de l'événementiel.

Installé au cœur d’un Musée National de la Marine entièrement repensé après 7 années de transformations, L’Astrolab est un lieu évènementiel à la scénographie époustouflante et au storytelling inspiré de la mer.

D’une grande accessibilité grâce à son implantation sur le parvis du Trocadéro, à deux pas de la tour Eiffel et des bords de Seine, hub culturel et créatif, véritable laboratoire d’idées tourné vers l’avenir. L’Astrolab invite à des explorations collectives et au déploiement de nouvelles orientations dans un cadre vivant et lumineux.

Les 530m² d’espaces privatisables de L’Astrolab ont été pensés pour répondre à tous les besoins évènementiels des entreprises, au coeur d’un espace culturel d’exception. Ce lieu de découverte permet de mettre en scène conférences et prises de parole suivies de cocktails, en profitant de vues sur les jardins du Trocadéro et la tour Eiffel.

Avec nous, vous créez des moments inoubliables. En intégrant les équipes du Musée Rodin, vos missions en tant qu'assistant event manager H/F viseront à dessiner des évènements d'exception pour les clients du site.

Quelles seront vos principales missions ?- Missions opérationnelles sur les prestations de service auprès de notre client signataire
- Pilotage sur les prestations : traiteur, location matériel, technique, boissons, linge
- Garant de l’Hygiène et des normes HACCP
- Ambassadeur de la Sécurité Santé au Travail

Quelle est notre proposition ?- Diplôme préparé : BAC + 2 à Bac + 5 en Restauration, Hôtellerie, Evènementiel
- Contrat : Stage de 4 à 6 mois
- Rémunération: entre 800 et 1000€ selon votre niveau d'étude
- Amplitude horaire : 7h - 15h ou 15h - 23h
- Travail le weekend
