Au sein du service Juridique, et rattaché(e) au Global Risk & Compliance Manager, votre rôle est de vous assurer que le programme Compliance d'ARaymond est pleinement compris, déployé, mis en œuvre et respecté dans toutes les entités du Groupe.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez amené(e) à:

- Élaborer des rapports périodiques,
- Conduire et animer des actions de communication et de sensibilisation interne (formation en présentiel et e-learning, newsletter, réponses aux questions des salariés...),
- Développer et animer un réseau de Référents Compliance au sein des filiales,
- Assister les filiales dans leurs démarches de mise en conformité avec les réglementations locales,
- Assurer une veille réglementaire sur les sujets Compliance, contrôle des exportations, programmes de sanctions internationales

Profil recherché

Avec une formation initiale dans le domaine juridique, vous vous êtes spécialisé(e) en compliance dès votre formation initiale ou bien vous avez développé cette expertise sur le terrain, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou encore au sein d'un cabinet spécialisé.

Vous disposez aujourd'hui d une expérience significative sur un poste en compliance qui vous permettra d'être autonome et de devenir LE ou LA référente en matière de compliance au sein du groupe

On dit de vous que vous êtes méthodique, tout en étant très agile, et que vous faites preuve de beaucoup de pédagogie ?

Vous parlez anglais (impératif dans ce groupe international) ?
