**Your role & mis**sion****:

- Ensure the installation and commissioning of mobility projects at the customer's site by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.**Your main responsibilities**:

- Organize and optimize the activity related to its field in an operational manner, in compliance with the means, resources and budgets allocated
- Report the data required to draw up the budget for his/her activity
- Compile data in dashboards, carry out an initial analysis, report to Management, alert in case of deviation and propose improvements
- In close collaboration with the project managers, coordinate the installations during the construction phase and the commissioning of the systems supplied for mobility projects
- Organise the planning of interventions of internal resources and/or subcontractors
- Monitor the on-site installation of the systems supplied, check and validate their installation
- Control the subcontracting of gas piping, various fluids, electrical wiring and connections
- Carry out the SAT according to the obligations of the contract signed between the customer and McPhy
- Establish and have signed the certifications required for the execution of the contract
- Define the rules and procedures for the field service and enforce them
- Lead the non-standard test phases and support the standard test teams if needed

**Your Profile**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5) - specialising in mechanics, electricity, R&D or materials
- Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment (preferably special machines)
- Very good knowledge of multidisciplinary technical products
- Ability to organise and plan work, establish priorities and anticipate risks in the activity
- Activity planning techniques
- Communication techniques and tools (written and oral)
- Knowledge of crisis management
- Knowledge of specific risks related to the field of activity (gas processes, ATEX, electrical risks, etc.)
- Good IT skills (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience in leading a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
- Safety culture
