In this role, the Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager will be responsible to lead and implement programs and initiatives that will maximize the organizational capacity and effectiveness. Responsibilities include process analysis and improvement initiatives (Change Management) as well as developing methods for measuring the effectiveness of all programs that support organizational development.

Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager will partner with the Global HR teams to develop, assess, facilitate and lead those organizational development interventions, programs and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary point of contact in Europe for the implementation of any Global programs and initiatives in the areas of Talent success, Culture and Belonging.
- Act as an organization design coach, and play a key role in helping the Regional HR management to shape the future of the LSDx organization by implementing strategic initiatives/programs (incl. workforce planning strategies)
- Co-lead and facilitate the core HR processes for the region (talent processes, merit cycle, leadership training nomination etc.)
- Drive and execute succession planning and talent retention strategy within the organization in partnership with the Global Teams, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions.
- In partnership with the Human Capital Intelligence team, identify and work with the European HR leadership team on KPIs, reports and dashboard to improve the team performance and make more data driven decision.
- Lead the headcount management process across the region.
- Implement change management programs.
- Drive Regional Communication Strategy.
- In alignment with the global approach, define the European HR integration strategy and provides guidance and project planning for all HR related deliverables resulting in faster delivery and integration adoptions.
- Act as the Regional HR liaison to the Global Integration teams ensuring that there is strong alignment to core HR stream and transformation activities.
- Responsible for assembling and leading cross-functional HR integration teams, assigning individual responsibilities and ensuring post implementation ownership.
- Coordinate/drive any regional organization changes, including right-sizing, integrations, acquisitions etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
- 8-10 years of HR experience in an international environment, in an HRBP role, and/or Organizational Development role.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective development programs.
- Experience in translating data and metrics into measurable HR trends and/or in an analytics environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective project management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, work collaboratively with teams, and as an individual contributor
- Fluent in English and in another European language (German, French, Italian or Dutch ideally).
