**Description de la BU**:
S'appuyant sur plus de 40 années de savoir-faire, et les compétences de 3 500 collaborateurs à travers le monde, la Business Unit (BU) Fuel développe, conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des assemblages de combustible ainsi que des services associés au combustible, pour les centrales de production d'électricité de type réacteur à eau légère (REP pour les réacteurs à eau sous pression et REB pour les réacteurs à eau bouillante) et les réacteurs de recherche.
La BU Fuel est également en charge de l'élaboration du zirconium et de ses alliages et commercialise aussi des services d'ingénierie et des services sur site associés au combustible.

**Description de la mission**:
Framatome **prépare l'implantation d'une usine modulaire pour l’assemblage de combustibles destinés** notamment aux fonctionnements des **centrales nucléaires du Royaume-Uni** et à servir de back up d'autres usines européennes.

Votre mission est de **piloter la préparation du projet de construction de cette usine au UK** conformément au contrat et aux procédures projet. Il s'agit de définir l'organisation industrielle, les partenaires locaux et de lancer les études d'implantation dans un premier temps.

Vous êtes responsable de la satisfaction du client, du coût global, du respect des délais, de la sûreté et de la performance qualité du projet. Le projet comprend la création d’une structure locale, la gestion des interfaces avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes. La majorité de l’activité du projet se déroulera dans le pays d’implantation du site (expatriation) après une première phase en France avec des déplacements en Allemagne également où le concept modulaire a été développé.

Cet **investissement de plusieurs centaines de millions d’Euros à terme** représente un enjeux stratégique majeur pour Framatome : implantation au plus près de nouveaux EPR et positionnement sur le long terme pour la vente de fuel. Ce projet exceptionnel est à même d’attirer de hauts profils enthousiastes à l’idée de créer une usine novatrice dans un environnement multiculturel riche en Europe (UK, Allemagne, France) en s’appuyant sur les compétences à la pointe de la technologie de Framatome et de ses partenaires.

Le projet est sous la responsabilité de la Direction Industrielle et de la Performance (DIP) de l’entité Fuel et bénéficie de l’expertise de son unité projets. Vous êtes directement rattaché à cette division qui définit les objectifs, tant en termes de sécurité, de qualité, d’impact environnemental, de planning et de coût.
Vous êtes en interface avec le comité exécutif de la Business Unit Fuel et celui de Framatome ; vous représentez Framatome et ses intérêts auprès des différentes parties prenantes du projet en Europe.

Vous assurerez le pilotage opérationnel de projets en respectant les différents objectifs et l'interface avec les parties prenantes multiples du projet : EPC en charge du génie Civil, partenaire ingénierie hors lots nucléaires, ingénierie interne de Framatome en charge du process nucléaire (Allemagne) et de ses équipements, autorités de sûreté locales, partenaires locaux.
Vous pilotez l’équipe en charge de la réalisation de l’usine et reportez à la direction industrielle.
Vous êtes garant de l'avancement du projet physique et financier du projet jusqu'à la prise en main par la structure d’exploitation après les phases d’essais. Vous préparez les plans d'actions et de mitigation des risques.

**Profil**:
Titulaire d’un diplôme d'Ingénieur Généraliste, vous avez a**u moins 15 ans d'expérience**, notamment en management de projet d'investissement à l’international sur des contrats EPCM ou EPC pour la construction d’usine ou d’installations industrielles (Oil & Gaz, chimie, pharmacie, traitement de l’eau,..) ou nucléaires (centrales, usines &labo)

Vous devez disposer de **5 ans minimum d’expérience réussie de direction de projets d’envergure** (supérieurs à 100 M€) d'installations, bâtiments tous corps d’état et process complexes en maîtrise d'ouvrage, maitrise d'œuvre ou ensemblier.

Vous maîtrisez les référentiels de management de projet issus du PMI et autant que possible disposez de bases en ingénierie système.

Vous disposez d’une expérience des contrats NEC et FIDIC
