Working within the Management Control department, the Management Controller is responsible for guaranteeing the financial data of the marketing subsidiary, ensuring profitability, and optimizing costs. He/she participates in implementing the subsidiary's strategy by analyzing financial performance.

His/her main tasks are:

- Financial reporting and analysis:

- Produce dashboards for Business Units and Management within deadlines.
- Analyze monthly results
- Launch alerts and propose corrective actions
- Prepare monthly Business Reviews
- Drawing up and steering the budget process
- Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with BUs and departments
- Analyze variances and monitor budget KPIs
- Cost control
- Cost analysis
- Identify areas for optimization and help line managers to monitor these actions - Control sales policy in conjunction with the subsidiary's Net Revenue Manager

**Your profile**:
Profile
Bachelor's degree + 4/5 years in a business school / master's degree in finance and at least 3 years in a similar position
Technical skills:
Mastery of data analysis techniques and tools: multidimensional cross-sectional analysis, data visualization in Excel, etc.
- Data analysis and financial knowledge
- Management of financial indicators & Analytical skills: Excellent data analysis and modeling skills. Mastery of management tools (e.g. Excel, Access SQL...)
- Communication / stakeholder management Analyze the influence or potential impact of each of the project's stakeholders. Ability to present complex analyses and strategic recommendations.
