Equipe

L'équipe Fit-out Project Management est composée d'une trentaine de Chefs de projets qui conseillent de grandes entreprises promoteurs, investisseurs et propriétaires (français et internationaux) dans le cadre de leurs projets de transformation et d'aménagement de leurs espaces professionnels. Ils mettent en œuvre leur capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et leur créativité pour traduire en formes, couleurs et espaces l'identité, les valeurs et les modes de travail de nos clients et ainsi structurer leurs espaces de façon performante, flexible, durable et adaptée à leurs besoins.

Missions

**En tant que Project Manager, votre rôle sera de**:
Assurer la relation client avec le Maitre d’Ouvrage (entreprises françaises et internationales) et recueillir ses besoins
Etablir et gérer le budget et le planning,
Rédiger le cahier des charges (programme fonctionnel et technique)
Assister le Maitre d’Ouvrage dans la négociation technique de BEFA
Piloter de A à Z des projets d'aménagements d'espaces professionnels (bureaux et retail) de minimum 1000 m2 ou monitorer des projets de BEFA en garantissant le respect des objectifs du client en termes de coûts, qualité et délai, ainsi qu'en anticipant et gérant les risques du projet
Elaborer et soutenir l'offre commerciale, gérer la relation contractuelle, animer les réunions projet, accompagner et conseiller le client dans ses prises de décisions
Contact direct avec les Maîtres d'Ouvrage (Directions Générales) : identifier et comprendre les besoins du client pour les transposer ensuite en critères d'aménagements

**Développer et suivre les outils de pilotage du projet**: planning, budget, analyse des risques, suivi administratif etc
Sélectionner et piloter l'ensemble des intervenants externes concourant à la réalisation du projet : Architecte/Designer/BET/MOEX/Change Manager etc
