Doctolib is looking for you to join us as an **intern in the Recruiting Team in our Paris office from September 2024**.

Are you ready to be part of the next generation of recruiting guardians, wizards and engineers?

**What you'll do**:
As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

- Recruiting process optimization: You will help to improve the flexibility, efficiency and comfort of the processes for everyone. You will contribute to interview process design and track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and take over your own projects to improve our recruiting processes.

**At the end of your internship you will have**:

- Enhanced your organisational skills and gained extensive knowledge of project management in a fast-paced environment
- Developed your people skills through multi-stakeholder management

Now, it would be fantastic if:

- You have an analytical mind and are interested in learning how to review data and track indicators to assess performance and make decisions
- Speaking Italian would be a plus
