En tant qu’**Assistant Cost Manager **(Assistant Ingénieur Economiste de la Construction) chez Linesight, vous travaillerez avec des équipes très expérimentées, passionnées et de cultures diverses, qui entretiennent une forte dynamique sociale et un sens partagé de la réussite. Vous contribuerez aux projets les plus importants et les plus complexes du secteur de la construction en France en utilisant les méthodologies les plus récentes et les plus efficaces. Vous acquerrez une vaste expérience du secteur qui vous ouvrira des portes, étendra vos compétences et élargira vos perspectives. Nous vous donnerons les moyens, le soutien et la possibilité d'assumer de réelles responsabilités dans votre poste afin que vous puissiez prendre en charge vos perspectives d’évolution chez nous. The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- As part of our graduate programme, you will join our highly skilled and experienced Cost Management team working in exciting innovative sectors with some of the worlds’ most prestigious companies
- Gain exposure to best-in-class Cost Management tools and processes within a large-scale construction project
- Assist in pre-contract, tender process management and post contract activities and support with creation of estimates and cost plans covering all construction project costs
- Develop your knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing Participate in the tender/bid process
-from initial tender/bid documentation through to analysis and reporting
- Develop your knowledge of bill of quantities and sub-contract packages
- Assist with document control and complete functions on CostX
- Assist with analysis & reporting on tenders, schedule out tender returns. Carry out data input and arithmetical checks
- Develop your knowledge of Contract Documentation and assist in document control Post-Contract Actions
- Attend site meetings & design team meetings in a learning capacity
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Économie de la construction et management de projets, Ingénieur d’Affaires de la Construction, Métiers du BTP, Bâtiment et construction - parcours chargé d’affaires en bâtiment or equivalent
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are fluent in French and English
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Have an interest in collaborating with a team to support clients on complex, large scale construction projects
- Have lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and develop with Linesight
- Have a talent for dealing with complicated information, show initiative and a sense of responsibility, enjoy working with people and are consistently looking to improve
En tant qu’Assistant Cost Manager (Assistant Ingénieur Economiste de la Construction, vos responsabilités comprendront les tâches suivantes :- Dans le cadre de notre Graduate Programme vous rejoindrez notre équipe de gestion des coûts hautement qualifiée et expérimentée, travaillant dans des secteurs innovants et passionnants avec certaines des entreprises les plus prestigieuses au monde
- Vous aurez accès aux meilleurs outils et processus de gestion des coûts dans le cadre d’un projet de construction à grande échelle
- Vous participerez aux activités précontractuelles, à la gestion des processus d’appel d’offres et aux activités post-contractuelles, et vous contribuerez à l’élaboration d’estimations et de plans de coûts couvrant tous les coûts des projets de construction
- Vous développerez vos connaissances en matière d’estimation et d’analyse du coût du cycle de vie
- Vous participerez au processus d’appel d’offres/de soumission, depuis la documentation initiale jusqu’à l’analyse et le reporting
