We are seeking **Cost Lead **to act as the day-to-day with the interface with the local site finance and the Global Business Services to achieve an excellent outcome. You will have worked on major construction program in Manufacturing / Pharma sector. You will either specialize in pre-contract cost planning and estimating activities or post-contract commercial management and will bring your practical expertise and best practice experience.
**Job Description**:
- Development of project cost control structures to track and controls actual costs information
- Establishing and setting the project control budget to set the baseline
- The tracking and control project accruals and commitments against set budget constraints
- The accurate and timely reporting of all project information to include Earned Value Management
- The tracking of project contingency expenditure and reporting of its linkage to remaining risk on the projects
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Life Science experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of SAP and Oracle/Aconex
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent command of written and spoken French & English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering
