**Job Description**:

Job summary- She/He is responsible for providing functional and operational support on Havas products for HMG organization.- She/He will work with the Global Product Manager, Adoption/Product Director, Data Manager and pool of data analysts and scientists who build and operate data projects and products globally.- She/He support the product team with support on the product and to help users with their questions, bugs and- She/He support the product team to maintain quality in the tools developed.Main responsibilities
Product Operational:
- Product setup: Login creation, operational set up of product environment including dashboards, product features set up, etc- Product Support: Engage and support users with their requests and co-ordinate with technical teams for bug fixes.- Functional documentation: Create documentation to add precision on product needs, technical needs and success criteria on when the product or project is completed.- Product Documentation: Help in creation of user guides, technical and functional documentation to help users.- Quality control & Validation: Writes and orchestrates functional & data based test cases to help validate business logic that is being translated to technical logic in the project or product.- Market engagement: Help the Product manager with content curation and animation of workshops, virtual or in person product sessions on product topics.
Desired profile:
- You are currently studying for a Master's degree in Technology/Business- You are proficient in English, both orally and in writing.- You have good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.- You are proactive and have the ability to take initiative and think outside the box.- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.- You have a positive, persistent and positive attitude.- You are willing to learn.
Nice to have:
- SQL skills- Background in marketing & media agency- Product design background
