**_ Overview of the role/responsibilities:_**
Join our dynamic Customer Success team as an intern and play an integral role in improving the partnership with shaping the future of customer success at Moody’s Analytics who is playing a central role in the company. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication innovation and customer-centric skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Within Customer Success we want to improve our usage of data to better serve our customers, with the goal of being able to proactively provide advice and prioritize where we need to spend our time. The internship project would be to improve our current client health score adding more metrics, collaborate with product team on project MIDAS to integrate and collect additional usage data, build dashboard that will help us to understand usage, adoption of our solution. Part of the project will also lead to creating blueprints for future products and help automate our dashboard and clean data sources.
Mission will include:
- Improvement of Client Health Score: The intern will be expected to enhance the existing client health score system by integrating additional metrics. This could involve identifying relevant metrics, testing their effectiveness, and implementing them into the existing system.
- Collaboration on exiting Project: The intern will work closely with the product team on Project MIDAS, assisting with the integration and collection of additional usage data. This will involve understanding the project's goals, contributing to the design and execution of data collection strategies, and analyzing the collected data.
- Dashboard Development: The intern will be tasked with building a dashboard that provides insights into the usage and adoption of the company's solution. This could involve designing the dashboard layout, selecting and implementing the necessary data visualization tools, and ensuring the dashboard is user-friendly and informative.
- Blueprint Creation for Future Products: As part of the project, the intern will contribute to the creation of blueprints for future products. This could involve understanding the company's future direction, researching market trends, and collaborating with the team to design product blueprints that align with the company's vision.
- Automation and Data Cleaning: The intern will be expected to help automate the dashboard and clean data sources. This could involve developing or implementing automation scripts, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and ensuring the data used in the dashboard is accurate and reliable.
- Development of a Regression Testing Tool: To enhance the efficiency and reliability of the regression testing process of our software, the intern will be involved in the development of a specialized tool for regression testing. This includes designing the tool's architecture, implementing its functionality, and ensuring it effectively identifies issues when code alterations are made.
Duration - 6 months
**Experience / Qualifications**:
As a Customer Success intern, it is vital that you possess:
- Proficiency in English communication
- A drive to assist others in achieving their goals
- Enjoy resolving analytical and technical challenges
- Comfortability in utilizing data for deriving insights
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, including presentation abilities
- The capacity to generate documentation and suggest process improvements.
