Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de développement, vous intégrerez notre Siège afin de renforcer nos effectifs en charge des missions auprès de sociétés type grands comptes/CAC 40 des secteurs de l’énergie, du transport, de la défense et du BTP. Chez Horisis Conseil, le référent métier a un rôle d’encadrement et d’accompagnement de nos salariés vers de meilleures pratiques dans leurs domaines d’activité. Il peut aussi être amené à échanger avec nos clients autour de leurs problématiques « métier » rencontrées et pour les accompagner dans leur montée en compétence.

**VOS MISSIONS**

En qualité de** **"Contract Manager Sénior H/F "**, vous serez rattaché à notre site de Paris, et serez amené à intervenir sur l’ensemble des activités suivantes:

- Encadrement de l’activité des consultants sur le métier concerné
- Elaboration de cursus de formation et accompagnement à la montée en compétence
- Animation de formations internes et externes
- Participation à la communication de l’entreprise et à la production de contenu autour du métier
- Participation aux échanges commerciaux avec prospects et clients (soutenance / rencontres / brainstorming)

**VOTRE PROFIL**

Idéalement diplômé.e de l’enseignement supérieur (BAC +5 école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, IEP, université ), **vous disposez de minimum 10 années d’expérience dans le domaine concerné**
- **La connaissance du secteur du conseil serait un plus**:

- Vous êtes autonome et disposez d’une excellente capacité relationnelle.
