**Résumé du poste**:
Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous ouvrons un poste de **HR Business Partner H/F**, basé à Seyssinet-Pariset, pour notre Business Unit Reflex.
Interlocuteur privilégié des managers de la BU totalisants environ 350 personnes, vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Accompagner et apporter un soutien aux managers dans le management et la conduite des relations avec leurs équipes pour expliquer et donner du sens aux décisions organisationnelles et stratégiques
- Elaborer et analyser en amont avec les managers les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour adapter les ressources aux besoins du business (organisation cible, métiers et compétences, gestion de l’emploi, formation, conduite du changement,)
- Elaborer et valider avec les managers les plans de promotion (people review à mettre en place) et les axes de développement des compétences
- Apporter un support quotidien dans la gestion individuelle et collective des ressources
- Relayer les managers sur l’administration RH des cas particuliers
- Accompagner l’entreprise dans ses politiques de changement.
**Profil**:
De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur une fonction de HRBP.
Doté(e) de réelles qualités relationnelles et de communication vous permettant d’interagir à tous les niveaux, vous avez un tempérament dynamique et enthousiaste. Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe et le leadership pour convaincre et accompagner les changements.
**L’anglais est requis à l’écrit et à l’oral.**
Vous aimez le challenge et savez travailler en autonomie tout en étant intégré(e) à une équipe.
