Description du poste

L’agence Nexity Property Management de Montpellier recherche un(e) Property Manager pour gérer le patrimoine tertiaire de l'un de ses clients.

**Vos missions seront**:

- Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié et le point d’entrée entre le bailleur et les locataires:

- Vous avez et vous aurez à développer à ce titre un relationnel fort, axé sur la satisfaction du client et des utilisateurs.
- Être à l’écoute et répondre aux demandes des occupants, et faire preuve de réactivité
- Animation de réunion avec les occupants et visite de site récurrent
- Vous assurez la gestion administrative, juridique et financière de votre patrimoine en lien avec les services supports:

- Révisions triennales et renouvellements des baux
- Suivi des comptes individuels des locataires
- Préparation et validation des apurements de charges locatifs
- Validation des factures et suivi des contrats
- Elaboration des budgets de fonctionnement des immeubles
- Représentation du mandant en assemblée générale
- Vous êtes à l’écoute des choix stratégiques du mandant et piloter ses demandes:

- Mise en qualité des DATA ROOM
- Suivi des arbitrages du mandant

**Qualifications**:
De formation Bac +2 minimum (Formation Juridique/Immobilière), vous justifiez d’une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en gestion locative tertiaire et/ou résidentiel, copropriété.

Rigoureux (se), doté(e) de qualités relationnelles et d'un vrai esprit d'équipe, vous êtes prêt(e) à vous investir dans une structure dynamique adossée à un grand groupe.

Une aisance sur les utilisations des outils informatiques (logiciel gestion, reporting, excel) est primordiale.
