Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Communicate the agency's vision and goals
- Facilitate effective information sharing within the team
- Encourage the professional growth and skill development of team members
- Establish priorities and define expected results
- Engage in the recruitment process alongside HR and the Agency Director
- Deliver regular updates to the Agency Director
- Debt Recovery and Legal Oversight:
- Manage the complete debt recovery process from rental arrears to potential eviction
- Supervise various phases of debt recovery and legal actions: reminders, repayment plans, bankruptcy cases, enforcement actions, settlements, or evictions
- Request compensation from authorities in cases of refusal or delays in public assistance
- Act as the representative of Erilia with external stakeholders
- Directly oversee approximately 1000 properties
- Property Oversight:
- Oversee the housing allocation process
- Manage all aspects of lease agreements
- Participate in allocation committees
- Enhance property rental efficiency and minimize vacancy rates
- Supervise the marketing of new housing projects
- Represent Erilia in dealings with external partners
- Manage the commercialization of new properties
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proven managerial experience with a minimum of 5 years in team leadership, ideally within the social housing sector
- Legal expertise with a strong understanding of tenancy litigation laws
- Knowledgeable about property management regulations and practices in the social sector
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of leading discussions and public presentations
