**Le poste**:
En tant que Legal intern, tu accompagnes notre Head of Legal sur tous les aspects de la conformité juridique de papernest. Véritable business partner, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes opérationnelles, aussi bien en France qu'en Espagne.
**Tes missions**:
- Accompagner les équipes pour assurer la conformité des activités de papernest en veillant au respect du droit (droit de la consommation, droit commercial, RGPD, droit des assurances etc.)
- Participer à l'analyse et aux négociations de contrats avec nos partenaires
- Contribuer à la conformité RGPD de l'entreprise en participant à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures efficaces
- Effectuer des recherches approfondies, des vérifications et une veille réglementaire sur divers sujets pouvant avoir un impact sur papernest, afin de garantir que nos pratiques soient toujours à jour et conformes à la législation en vigueur
- Mettre tes recherches à la disposition des équipes de papernest, de manière intelligible et pragmatique
- Assurer le suivi juridique des entités du groupe, en participant notamment aux assemblées générales et en veillant à ce que toutes les décisions corporate soient prises dans le respect des exigences légales
**Profil recherché**:
- Etudiant.e en M2 droit des affaires / contrats, un double cursus avec une école de commerce est un plus
- Tu es pragmatique, proactif.ve, agile, précis.e et rigoureux.se
- Tu parles et écris couramment l'anglais et le français (la maîtrise de l’espagnol serait un plus )
- Une première expérience en cabinet d'avocats / entreprise serait un plus
- Une bonne connaissance du RGPD serait un plus
