**Haveagooday** est une Startup, en hyper croissance, présente sur Paris, BordeauxLyon et Bruxelles en fin d’année. Nous accompagnons nos clients, de grandes entreprises, de grands Groupes immobiliers et des Sociétés de Coworking, à dynamiser leurs immeubles de bureaux et à développer la qualité de vie des salariés. Pour cela, nous upgradons les services, gérons les Accueils - Réceptions - Conciergeries & parties communes comme des lieux de vie et développons les animations pour créer une atmosphère de travail unique.
**Haveagooday** est ainsi considérée comme la Société de services « NEW GENERATION » de l’immobilier tertiaire.
Dans le cadre d'une évolution interne, nous recherchons notre nouvel(le) **Happiness Manager F/H.**
**Description de vos missions**:
- Vous orchestrez l’ensemble des prestations de services proposés aux résidents (accueil, conciergerie, espace de coworking, salle de sport, espace bien-être (manucure et coiffeur), salle de réunion etc.
- En lien direct avec des partenaires du quartier (commerçants, restaurateurs, fleuristes etc.) vous créez et proposez des animations pour faire vivre aux résidents/clients, une expérience de bien-être au travail unique et de qualité.
- Vous guidez et accompagnez les résidents dans leur demande de services.
- Vous assurez l’accueil, l’accompagnement des visiteurs
- Vous triez et distribuez le courrier, vous réceptionnez certaines livraisons
- Vous êtes un acteur clé de l’expérience clients sur votre site
- Vous êtes garant de la bonne image de l’entreprise et de la qualité de services Haveagooday proposés aux résidents/clients
**Profil**
Vous êtes passionné(e) par les ressources humaines, vous aimez rendre les gens heureux, vous avez déjà managé une équipe ou vous aspirez fortement à devenir Manager, vous êtes une personne dotée d’un sens du service clients hors pair, êtes de nature positive, enthousiaste, organisée, rigoureuse, fiable et engagée et vous souhaitez porter et véhiculer les valeurs de notre Société, alors rejoignez-nous pour participer à une belle aventure dans une start up en pleine croissance
