**HEAD OF GLOBAL AUTOMATION BUILDING AND INFRASTRUCTURE (H/F)**

(Rhône)

L’automatisation devient une composante de plus en plus stratégique des sites de production et distribution pour répondre aux exigences toujours plus fortes en matière de productivité, disponibilité des équipements et sécurisation des sites.

Dans notre contexte de croissance, BI a récemment créé une nouvelle organisation globale dédiée à l’automatisation : le Global Facilities & Engineering Automation Department, qui comprend 5 Pôles spécialisés en Automatismes dédiés respectivement à : la stratégie globale Automation, les équipements des sites production biologique, les équipements de la supply chain, les équipements des sites de production santé animale et les Bâtiments & Infrastructures du groupe.

Nous recrutons aujourd’hui le Responsable de ce dernier Pôle.

Manager expérimenté, disposant d’une expertise confirmée en automatisme sur la partie Building & Infrastructure, il construit et déploie la stratégie globale et des pratiques harmonisées sur l’ensemble des sites mondiaux.

**I - LE POSTE**

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Global Head of Facilities & Engineering basé en Allemagne, vous êtes responsable, avec votre équipe, de la définition et de la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie globale d’automation concernant les bâtiments et infrastructures, des investissements associés dans le respect des règles BPF/GMP et HSE du Groupe.

Dans cette organisation matricielle (2000 personnes), vous travaillez en transverse au niveau corporate avec vos homologues et leurs équipes mais aussi avec les Managers Opérationnels de l’ensemble des sites.

Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Être le garant de la stabilité opérationnelle, de la disponibilité, de l’efficacité, de la qualité et de la sécurité, pour des systèmes automatisés des bâtiments et infrastructures des sites (de production, laboratoires, bureaux, ) du Groupe : fournitures d’eau et d’électricité, HVAC, utilités centralisées (eau purifiée, air comprimé, vapeur, azote),
- Manager hiérarchiquement une équipe en construction (40 personnes à terme, dont 5 N-1 répartis par zone géographique) : recrutements en cours et à venir, développement, entretiens annuels, mise en place de standards communs, bonnes pratiques, process de cyber security,
- Pilotez/participez fonctionnellement aux grands Projets BI avec vos homologues des autres Pôles Automation et les Directions Opérationnelles des sites,
- Assurer une veille technologique afin de détecter les nouvelles possibilités techniques et fonctionnelles du métier et d’anticiper les besoins futurs des utilisateurs en lien avec le Head of Strategy & Technology Automation et son équipe.

**II - LE PROFIL DU CANDIDAT RECHERCHE**

Ingénieur spécialisé en automatismes, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée (10 ans mini) dans un poste similaire acquise dans une industrie fortement réglementée (idéalement industrie pharma) dans un environnement matriciel international.

Expert en Building et Infrastructure (BMS, EMS, Energy monitoring) vous maîtrisez les techniques de gestion de projet et disposez idéalement d’une bonne connaissance des contraintes de traçabilité fortes du secteur pharmaceutique.

Disposant d’un leadership naturel et d’une force de conviction avérée vous êtes un manager technique respecté par vos collaborateurs et un partenaire reconnu et apprécié par vos interlocuteurs internes et externes avec lesquels vous êtes habitué à travailler en réseau.

Anglais courant impératif, le français est un plus pour ce poste basé en France.

Des déplacements à l’international sont à prévoir (20/30%).
