Flexis

Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. 
We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.
To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector. 
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.

The role you could fill:

Mission
The Head of ESG and Prospective mission is to support building and maintaining company overall ESG strategy and support long term vision of society evolution impacting city logistics and deliver actionable insights.

Main activities

Participate in the construction and maintenance of the company’s vision. Lead the construction and maintenance of the company’s ESG process.Understand company mid and long term needs with a holistic view, create awareness, and assist company in building company strategic plan.Deliver company actionable PESTEL.Identify 5-10 years Flexis customers and society mega trends and propose Flexis new businesses.Represent Flexis in conferences Smart Cities, advanced logistic, WEC…Secures visibility and image of the company toward Customers, Regulation agencies, technology leaders …

Main interfaces

External: Executives, Strategists, conferences, smart cities, technology leaders, sociologistsInternal: all the functions with specific focus on CEO and CFO

What you bring ?

Skills: 

Agile and eager to listen, learn & share.Cross functional managementFluent English, French a plus

Experience: 

Proven experience in Strategy and/or Business Development position, or a similar role.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing successful growth strategies.In-depth knowledge of urban logistic and last mile market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business development processes.Good financial acumen, with the ability to perform complex financial analysis and forecasting.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture.Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
