**Your Role at Echo**
As an Event Management Apprentice, you will be joining an International Marketing team whose aim is to establish a strong brand presence in the Location Intelligence industry and drive lead generation.
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on supporting the organisation of multiple trade shows across Europe and the U.S.
**Apprenticeship to be started in September 2024.**
**As such, your main responsibilities will be**:
- Coordinate the company's participation in tradeshows and conferences, including booth setup in international venues, logistics, and promotional material preparation
- Utilise CRM software to manage and organise lead information gathered from events (we use HubSpot)
- Organise and categorise leads based on relevant criteria for effective follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads for follow-up
- Assist in the development of event-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Support broader lead generation initiatives and social media content creation
**What we’re looking for**:
- First and foremost, a team player
- Current enrollment in a master’s program
- Native or bilingual level in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are results-oriented and know how to work on quantified objectives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel and work at various trade shows and conferences
